    It's good,may need a little modding.

    Hello ,it fit my 1998 dodge dakota,but I had to clamp the old one with the new one to drill the mounting holes a little to fit ,I tried to fit in in and the bolts would thread in ,it was an easy fix to do,other wise it fits perfect.
