The pot was very well packed and arrived in extremely good condition. Unfortunately, the lid was the wrong size (too big by about 1/8", possibly from the wrong generation or a different model), but I mainly needed the pot itself so it's not worth sending back or dropping from a positive review. Seller was very polite and responsive as well. I would definitely do business with this seller again if another product I want pops up. :)
