Fast post, but under paid by APO standards (she paid $2.20 not $2.40 due). I paid ($5). Zip sewing a low standard, asked for $10 refund so my dressmaker could fix, refused. After a few emails she then offered $30 refund and I post back at my expense, with no refund on original $5 postage I paid. So loss of $10 for me. Reminded her of EBay rules, seller offered full refund and postage. Lost confidence at this stage so put through eBay system. Fast refund. Hence neutral not negative feedback.
