Une courbe ma tresse regroupant tous les chantillons est obtenue en portant le facteur d'acc l ration en fonction du nombre de Weissenberg (produit du temps de relaxation et de la vitesse de cisaillement). L'obtention de shish-kebabs est elle aussi gouvern e exclusivement par le temps de relaxation, mais l' paisseur des lamelles et leur torsion ventuelle d pendent de l'architecture mol culaire pr cise.
