So it turned out I didn't need a new clutch after all. However, I'm not disappointed in wasting my time putting this one in. It is far better then the healthy stock one it replaced. Anyway if you need a new clutch you can't go wrong with this one for a $130. I was surprised at how simple it was to replace it on the Vulcan 900. This all while on its kickstand. The following has been simplified to indicate the order and ease of replacement. Drain oil, remove foot-pad/rear brake assy and fold back, remove front exhaust pipe, remove lower frame, remove cover, and finally remove clutch spring bolts and disc pack. Don't forget to pre-soak your new discs in the same type oil for 24 hrs or so. Also I didn't need any special tools to remove or replace the discs and plates. Patience and good fingernails worked just fine.Read full review
