    Excellent Text for Educational or Persoanl Enrichment.

    Using this text for an undergrad nutrition class. Am very impressed with the text thusfar. Been a few years since I've taken a college class, let alone a non-engineering class. Great format, great references, great web links. [NB: While the listing indicated that this was the loose-leaf edition of the text, I received the hardback edition; therefore I cannot comment on the quality, substantive feel, or format of the loose leaf edition.]
