Although I never received the bag because it was shipped to another buyer, Anita did everything she could to get that buyer to forward the purchase to me. When that did not happen, Anita gave me a full refund -- at a loss to herself. I would gladly purchase from her again and I am sorry the negative feedback was put on her. It was actually for the other item that was on the same order but had been listed by a different seller.
