The wrong item was sent. I received an item completely unrelated to what I'd ordered. The seller assured me that it was a mistake on eBay's part, that they'd packed the wrong item. I'll be honest, I have no idea how that works. But I got a full refund approved. The process of filling out the request and having to return the item was just a bit annoying and time consuming. The seller was polite when contacted. I want to give the seller the benefit of the doubt which is why this is rated neutral.

As i stated on our conversation this was not my wrong doing as what you got and what i shipped out was two different things all together. The item and the box i shipped to you was not what you received. Ebay international accidently shipped you the wrong product after they verified what I shipped to you since they have to do their due diligence and make sure nothing illegal is being shipped. They also verify the item for customs paperwork but you went ahead and left me this feedback.
