    The two containers I received were both half-filled. Tony, the person I contacted, was not willing to send another container (full) to offset the fiber shortages, said the shrink wrapped containers were sealed (the tops screw right off, then can be sealed afterward). Then refused to open one on his end to verify the shortages that proved my concern. That meant to me he knew not to do so, because he already knew what I was saying was true.
