1. Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, il Cliente dovrà inviare a Dagimarket DVG Commerce S.a.s. una comunicazione in tal senso, entro dieci giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce. Tale comunicazione dovrà essere inviata tramite e-mail amministrazione@dagimarket.com, sempre entro il suddetto termine di dieci giorni lavorativi. Una volta pervenuta la comunicazione tramite e-mail il Servizio Clienti di Dagimarket DVG Commerce S.a.s. provvederà a comunicare al Cliente - tramite e-mail - l'indirizzo al quale effettuare la spedizione della merce da restituire ed il numero di autorizzazione al rientro da indicare sull'apposito modulo di restituzione, che dovrà essere allegato al prodotto. Il Cliente deve spedire il prodotto accuratamente imballato nella sua confezione originale, evitando di danneggiarla con etichette adesive o altro e completo di tutto quanto in origine contenuto, all'indirizzo comunicato. Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione della merce sono a carico del Cliente. La spedizione da parte del Cliente deve avvenire tramite Corriere entro cinque giorni lavorativi dalla comunicazione data al Cliente di procedere al recesso. La spedizione, fino all'attestato di avvenuto ricevimento da parte di Dagimarket DVG Commerce S.a.s., è sotto la responsabilità ed il rischio del Cliente. Al ricevimento della merce, Dagimarket DVG Commerce S.a.s. provvederà a verificarne l'integrità e a rimborsare al Cliente l'importo del prodotto acquistato, con esclusione delle spese di trasporto sostenute. Il rimborso avverrà tramite bonifico bancario, sul conto corrente indicato dal Cliente nel modulo di recesso nel termine di quindici giorni dalla ricezione da parte di Dagimarket DVG Commerce S.a.s. del prodotto. In caso di pagamento da parte del Cliente con moneta elettronica tramite il servizio PayPal ® il rimborso avverrà in conformità delle regole previste dal servizio PayPal ®. In caso di danneggiamento del bene durante il trasporto, Dagimarket DVG Commerce S.a.s. darà comunicazione al Cliente dell'accaduto (entro cinque giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del prodotto nei propri magazzini), per consentire al Cliente di elevare tempestiva contestazione nei confronti del corriere da lui scelto e ottenere il rimborso del valore del prodotto (se assicurato dal Cliente). Dagimarket DVG Commerce S.a.s. non risponde per danneggiamenti, furto o smarrimento di prodotti restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate a cura e spese del Cliente.
