Paid about $200 for system. Didn't work. Contacted seller. Started return. They said clean contacts with alcohol. System started working. They said cancel return. Now it doesn't work & can't fix it. Audio but no video. Can't return it now & seller won't respond. Warranty no good if seller won't respond & eBay can't help. I didn't know once return was cancelled you couldn't start another one. If they did this to me they'll do it to you. Don't buy from them.

Hello! We appreciate your review, but it appears if you're getting video but no audio, it's a hookup issue with your TV, not the console itself. We accepted the return, did a replacement which is all things we do for every single customer! Leaving a review of your issue does not allow us to properly help.
The warranty is provided by ebay and is valid for 2 years from the date. Please file a warranty through All State directly. If you need anything else, please reach out.

It works but there is some rust inside the console. A loose screw was also found lying in the cartridge slot.
