    The distributor runs at idle fine but something is wonky with the Vaccum Advance and no matter where the initial timing is set when vaccum is applied to advance it throws timing way to far off . Bad design on the advance in this distributor. I would not recommend this distributor to anyone with a 4.2l Jeep I6
