Great upgrade to our bedside clock
We got this as a replacement for our old bedside clock and it works well as that but also of course has the wonderful benefits of a google assistant. We can listen to music or the news, cast shows from our phones to it to watch something and see the weather when we wake. A winner.

Quieter and less responsive than original Google Home.
Bought as a bit of an upgrade to my original Google Home (for the screen). From reviews and research I expected everything else to be similar to the original. However, the audio is much quieter. I listen to ABC Radio National while cooking. With the original Google Home on the other side of the room (about 8-10m away) I could hear the presenters talking clearly. The new Nest Hub is too quiet to hear even on 100%. Also, it is less responsive to 'hey Google', I have to shout now, even with sensitivity on full.Bought as a bit of an upgrade to my original Google Home (for the screen). This is the bomb!
This is my new favorite bit of computer gear. The AI is very intuitive compared to my old Alexa hub (which is now only used as a jukebox). Easy to listen to music, check weather, clock, timer, news, controls the TV and lights...very versatile and reasonably straight forward to set up through Google Home.
