So I purchased an Xbox one from this seller. Shipping was quick and response time was good. Packing was awful and the disc drive does not work. Side panel was busted off upon opening box and I can hear rattling inside Xbox. Kept because it’s not for me and the person is willing to just download games and not play discs. I was offered to return and money back

CUSTOMER WAS COMPLAINING BEFORE I EVEN SHIPPED ITEM / PLEASE REVIEW SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIMEFRAME BEFORE PURCHASING. ITEM WAS WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP AND ITEMS WERE INDIVDUALLY WRAPPED IN A HEAVY DUTY BOX. I DID OFFER FULL REFUND AND HE KEPT THE ITEM ANYWAY.
