I ordered 2 x 17" cymbals. Cymbals are really great looking and triggers fantastic. But with one of the cymbals, the choke wasn't working. I emailed world drummers about this with a video evidence. They promptly sent me a replacement cymbal and it's all working flawlessly now. Very impressed with their service. Highly trustworthy company and customer centric.
