The color of the shoe were very different than the picture (looked dark grey, got a purple color shoe)

The shoes are not purple and are in fact grey. The style code in the description so you could have seen even more pictures of the shoes if you wanted. I said you could return the item no problem but you asked for a $15-$20 discount for something that was not even my fault.
