Unfortunately the bulbs in the box were not the correct bulbs that the box label described. The seller realized the error very quickly and communicated with me, apologized and issued a refund. So not a successful purchase but I do appreciate that I did not receive an incorrect item - my Hue system only works with certain bulbs.

Missing the dongle (receiver) the seller ZACM CONTACTED ME to make sure I hadn't overlooked that fact (good). I told him I was pretty sure it would work with my old receiver so go ahead and send it (good). After a bit of a struggle with my old slow laptop and Logitech's free software it finally kicked in (great).GOAL ! The kind of seller we all want, a person with integrity.Thank you ZACM.
