    I am a bit disappointed with the performance of the Google Nest Hub Max. Nothing to do with the seller. The screen is still too small and at a funny angle. Unless you are sitting in front of it, its difficult to see. It works, but is slow, particularly with cameras which is what I wanted it for. I have not yet been able to show more than one camera at once.

    May be best with other Nest products.

    It has a good screen and does most things well. However, since I have had it my Smarts are not so. I now cannot have my speakers working together but they did in the past. Some other changes have spoilt my Smart experience. It may be Nest and the previous Google Home now don't like each other!

    No static address

    Only works with dchp , can’t use on my main network,to integrate with garage doors ,front gates ect ,this is the only device with out a static address setting ,don’t under stand googles design thinking,dumb !! But does work on dchp well,on seperate network ,Phillips hue ect ,[it has the choice static settings ]nearly a perfect smart home device hub ,cheers George

    The Google Nest Hub is a Goldmine

    The Google Nest Hub can be used for daily weather reports, daily news update, reminders and alarms to name just a few of the everyday functions that can help you manage your day. It can also be used to scroll through saved photos much like a digital photo frame. We use it to scroll through family photos. It can also be used to make video calls to family and other loved ones. All in all it is a goldmine.

    Great product!

    I bought this for my 70-something yo parents to get started on their smart home journey. My dad had no problem setting up the Nest hub and even went out to purchase smart light bulbs to link up to it. My mum has a heavy Indonesian accent which the nest hub struggles to respond to - hopefully both mum and the nest will be able to work together here! Otherwise, a brilliant product - I want one now too!
