The seller was in good communication and shipped the books fast! As the books are so heavy, it could have been packaged with more packing material.One box got very dented during shipping and opened up. Luckily there was dirt that could be removed and only 2 books had edges slightly scraped. Overall, I am very very happy with this set of encylopedias and the seller.
