Item is as described and shipped with above and beyond careful packing. Arrived in excellent shape especially considering the USPS missent it to another state and it has a lot of unnecessary miles on it. The address was correct so it was simply a post office goof. I’m a recently retired carrier and this knocked my pride down a couple notches. Great seller, bad Post Office, cool toaster!
