I should have read his other negative feedbacks before trusting him. Sent me a piece of junk Minnesota Vikings mini helmet in a beat to hell display box. Box has a crunched up plastic window and the cardboard bottom section is all creased up as well. How do sellers like this get away with peddling their junk discards for expensive prices on eBay? Why does eBay allow them to continue selling without penalizing their sellers account after repeat “item not as described” returns/negative feedbacks?

Seller refunded my money. He still should've been more honest about the condition of his beaten up item that was described as "new". And then he could've priced it accordingly instead of trying to unload damaged goods for top dollar.
