Dress damaged with pulls in the fabric, wasn’t disclosed in the listing. Seller was willing to accept return but wouldn’t confirm refund until they inspected, even with several images clearly showing the pulls in the dress. Didn’t fill me with confidence to post back.
Had to purchase same dress new elsewhere. The damaged dress is not repairable. No message reply from seller in 3 days. Offered to accept a small $10 refund to cut my losses and sell/donate but no response. Disappointed
