Returns easy, but buyer pays; should be free since we paid for shipping costs once already. Also, their shipping method should be changed. When they ship shoes with its original shoe box, they should package them safely inside another box to ship instead of shipping them inside a bag. Shoes shipped in bags always arrive with original shoe box destroyed during shipping. I’ve ordered many times, & this issue persists. Communication needs improving.

They were packed in the shoebox, inside a plastic USPS bag. That was all the packaging needed. They were brand new as described. They were probably just the display model, because the bottom had something stuck in em, but there weren't any wear marks. They were a REMARKABLE price. Awesome seller! I'm gonna save this one!
