The Sphero SPRK+ that came was defective. The battery refused to hold a charge and once taken off the charging pad it died. I got two seconds of use before it died and disconnected. I don’t know if it wasn’t test or they didn’t include that detail in the description, but it is a defective product.

Seller is deceitful and will give you lines like “the only thing missing from the kit ” so you proceed to order the item when there’s plenty of things missing from the full kit.
Seller quote:
“ as far as I know that’s the only thing missing from the full kit aside from a cap on the uncovered hole”
Do not trust what he says or claims to “know” .
He then cancelled the order on me when questioned about all the missing things.

Of course I cancelled the order when you became abrasive and cursing at me about a remote. Your question was what items are missing for operation, and I told you. Then you asked about a remote after you ordered it, and I told you it doesn't come with one before I shipped it out. Not sure what part about that is deceitful. Hope you have a better day!
