Order was shipped quickly and seller responded promptly to an issue with the tracking (tracking issue was the fault of the USPS), however packaging itself could be improved; figures were shipped in a box that was just barely big enough, no bubble wrap or cushioning used to protect the items themselves. A couple of the loose figures had stains which was not mentioned. Overall still a good deal price wise for the lot, but improvements on packaging and description could definitely be used.
