Customer service terrible. I got the part number from Electrolux directly, they sent me incorrect parts (their computers say they’re right, but their own online brochures say different!). Numerous messages, telling me to follow links that weren’t in the message, telling me to phone Customer Service, who then told me to speak to eBay store, send photos to prove my point… and had to go to eBay to get it sorted. A colossal waste of time. Avoid the eBay store - they are terrible.
