The only negative thing about this transaction was with shipping. It was not shipped in a box to protect the fragile Lustroware (plastic)-a thin sheet of bubble wrap and a plastic wrap. Maybe double boxed for protection IMO. However, when it arrived with a severe crack in the side, I contacted the seller and they refunded me my money. They inquired if it was shipped priority which it was not. That led to to believe someone else did the packing and shipping and the seller was not aware of this.
