I ordered and paid for 2x 180 Capsules Ultra EPA. I received 1 x 90 Capsules in good time but no idea where they came from. There was an Amazon docket inside the parcel. I questioned it and after much back and forth was told I would receive a refund but then was told the case was closed. I rang Aust Post and they told me no physical parcel had been received. No items and no refund and I lost $174.93. Very confused.
