500GB/1T/2T 2.5inch SATA to USB 3.0 External Hard Disk Solid State. Used product for less than 10 mins, it felt hot and stopped working. Contacted seller they wanted pictures of problem, don't know how to send pictured of a SSHD not working but sent a picture, got a reply asking for more pictures. Sent message telling them exactly what happened and how I tried another lead and a second computer and all I got back was another request exactly the same as the first 2. ebay refunded money.
