I contacted the seller and she was very apologetic. I wanted to still keep the item and didn't ask for a full refund. However she refunded my item and let me keep item too. She also reply to messages fast. Good communication. Even though my item didn't come as described, she handled it very well and was very kind and generous. Thank u.
