I received the watch box in perfect condition it was extremely well packed and I’m very happy with it. There was a problem with delivery. It was the fault of Australia Post and not the seller. Genway was extremely easy to communicate with about this problem and immediately rang Australia Post to try and sort the problem out and in fact rang twice. I was very impressed with the service about this problem and because of that I ended up receiving my parcel. I highly recommend this eBay store.
