Only one complaint in that the packaging was not great, despite there being an electric motor... and it was not cheap - (came in original manufacturers box). Item arrived before estimated delivery date. Thank you. As yet, this electric bottle cutting machine has not been used, but it's been well constructed and it will be fun to use I'm sure.
