Seller communication was excellent. All SSDs, HHDs were individually packaged in anti-static bags, bubble wrap inside of 2 boxes and then shipped in another bubble wrap bag. I expected this package to initially arrive on Saturday but that was quickly updated to Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to see it arrive Saturday night in line with the original estimate. The item was very well packed and arrived safely. It did require a good clean prior to use, but the condition was exactly as described and I can confirm that it is fully functional. For all these reasons, including the extremely fair price, I would not hesitate to rely upon this seller again.
