These shoes are absolutely beautiful. They arrived well packaged in perfect shape. Unfortunately, the manufacturer, Lucky Brands, mis-sized these ballet flats. They are an inch shorter than the Lucky Brands ballet flats I already own. the seller was wonderful to work with. She suggested I simply donate the shoes, which I will do on Monday. I don't feel that it is fair to give her a low rating on the item description because she did not know that these shoes were mis-sized so I am rating 5.
