Thank you for your product. One thing need to be noticed: packing was repacking means opened first and then re-packed it. So, disk contain Malware or Spyware. IN my previous experience I found a group in Campsie NSW-2194 doing this by cooperation with Auspost delivery man. Please have look for this concern.
You and I am luck to have the product in working condition. For other cases - the product was replaced with damaged one and got refunded.
