Item is in a bad state when I opened it. Each tray was cracked and scuffed when I opened individual boxes to trays as though it had been crushed. Discount offered as reduction was not acceptable for the state all items were in. Reason they give is “we don’t usually offer refunds, but can give you a discount as a ‘feeble’ sorry!!!
Had to get refund through way I paid.
