Dress arrived with reimbursement and a note stating that there was a stain on the dress that the seller had not noticed before posting. Note also stated that the stain might be removed through washing.
I have now washed the dress but the stain remains, however I was really impressed with the sellers honesty, professionalism and integrity with the upfront note and reimbursement I received.
