No wrapping to protect bead in post like other sellers on bead .Bead was just placed in a envelope .Upon arrival there where holes where bead had pressed through envelope and bead protruding.Stones on bead chipped ,scratched and cracked .Upon talking to seller she stated bead was advertised as used and no refund would be given .I explained it was damaged in post due to poor packaging.
