Bad experience, leaving neutral feedback to be nice. Item received was so different from description, it was literally not possible to use. Requested a return. Seller replied by not once but THREE TIMES pushing me to accept refund of only 25%-50% selling price for their mistake. I own a small business and I would feel so cringy if that was how I handled a mistake with a customer.
