The stone cutting is average, but because it has a GIA certificate and the stone is untreated, the price is fair even includes the import tax.

Note: this is not something the seller can control, but it may be wise to reserve about 10% of your purchase price for US customs. Where I find fault with is UPS. This package was stalled in Kentucky for several days; thru no fault with the seller. He did everything right.
