This DVR was not HD as advertised. HD will play high, definition cameras, and if it’s not HD and won’t, that’s the situation here. After about 10 messages back and forth, seller agreed to a return but stated I might get $0 to 50% of the money back I chose to keep it instead of losing the money and possibly the DVR. Be happy to discuss further with anyone. There is limited space to wright here and there’s a lot more to it. He thinks we’re lying, we are a charity organization and we’re not lying
