After dealing with them they have gone out of there way to make the situation work for me, since I purchased a aftermarket camera instead of spending ove 300.00 you get what you paid for so I decided to live with it even though a few of the original features do not work, like the zoom in on the hitch and the parking assist blocks that used to show up. But the sensors still make the noise when backing up as a warning
