    Customer Beware! Please avoid this seller! After placing your order and paying for it, you will have to wait an unspecified amount of time for your item to be dispatched. The biggest surprise comes when you open your delivered item and discover that only a small portion of your order is included. You left, stunned, if not gobsamcked! FYI, Return is not allowed!

    This buyer is a scammer. Stay away. We shipped him a complete unit with all accessories. He took out the generator from its box and claimed that he only received the accessory kit without the electrosurgical generator and then requested a return to be refunded for the full amount. He basically wanted to get the generator for free. We have been in business for 15 years. Why should we do such thing and ruin our ebay reputation? Unethical...
