Great little blower with good power for battery operated. With that being said it wont win any leaf blowing contests compared to a gas blower but for the smaller stuff it works great. I use it for clearing grass off sidewalks and my mower deck after mowing and it does the job. Be ready to have some extra batteries as it will go through a 4ah pretty quick,10min or less. I have several off brand batteries so the cost is minimal compared to Dewalt batteries, otherwise this could get to be expensive. So nice not to smell like gas when you're done

I purchased this DeWalt blower as I was already the owner of several DeWalt cordless tools and of course already had the batteries (which are relatively expensive) so it seemingly made sense to stick with the same brand. This is okay at best. The battery (5ah) dies after twenty minutes or so. If I had a larger property and needed to use this for a longer stretch I would have to swap out the battery or complete the task in multiple sessions. Also, it's only moderately powerful-good enough for my needs-barely. It's just hard to recommend as it's just okay.

Perfect for around the house, and yard. Milwaukee makes a more powerful one but I chose this one as it had more than enough power for my needs.. Runs great. Lightweight and not cumbersome at all due to the design which I found to be very well balanced with the battery installed. Totally happy with it!!!

Very happy with it. Using it on. 1/3 acre lot for grass cleanup primarily and has enough power to do well. Glad to not have to deal with pull start woes anymore. Battery life is a little short but with 2 batteries I can do my whole corner property sidewalks.

I purchased this for my wife as she can't use our bigger gas powered leaf blower. Don't plan on getting over 15 minutes of battery fife from the 2 amp hour. I am very pleased at the power supplied from the unit. Even with a 5 amp hour battery it is still light weight. I recommend this blower if you don't like the weight of the bigger gas blowers.

Has plenty of wind power, I estimate around 85% of my Echo gas blower with none of the mess or fumes. Pop in a battery and away you go. Using a 6AH Flexvolt battery at full charge @ full throttle = 15 minutes +/- of operation. I have a yard crew so I use it in-between visits to keep concreted areas around the house plus the garage free of debris. Also, I use it to blow off tools and such. The trigger gives you variable speed control which is nice. Biggest bonus: You don't smell after using it! Small / Med yard? It would be ok for leaves. Big yard? Hang on to your gas blower or invest in some 15AH batterie$. CPO delivered fast at a fair price.

This blower does the job. Has powerful variable speed, regulated with a trigger just like the gas types, but much lighter and easier to use. I have a 9 aAh batter so no worries about running out of juice before the job was done. Really love this thing.

Awesome blower but loves batteries. Goes though 4Ah battery in <10 minutes. Bought after market 9Ah battery and problem solved. I have a large deck with rock steps and lots of concrete around my house and a lot of trees so constantly using a blower. I have used several other brands but nothing can touch this! Very happy I spent the extra money for this one. Dewalt puts out some quality stuff!

I already had a Milwaukee string trimmer so this was a no brainer, I use the 9.0 battery for both. this thing is great, I use it to clean off the porch, the patio and the driveway. I also use it to dry off the cars when I wash them. It's light, quite and doesn't stink like a gas blower.

The blower is great. It is much more powerful than my Black & Decker battery powered blower, but it is not as powerful as my Echo gas powered blower. The one thing I was amazed at, however, is how quickly it uses up the batteries. I have a DeWalt drill, reciprocating saw, impact wrench, and fan and the batteries last a long time in all of those tools. At full power, the battery only lasted 10-15 minutes with this blower. Fortunately I have three batteries, but if you only have one battery then expect to only get 15 minutes or so of use out of this blower before you need to recharge your batter.
