    Absolutely horrendous buying experience. Seller sets a cheap price then sends the incorrect item (unknown if deliberately). Then will wait as long as they can to respond when you raise a return. Their response is "we need photos of all sides of the packaging", this in my opinion is another stalling tactic deliberately designed to add unnecessary extra steps into the process. I suspect the next stage in the process will be a large fee for the return. Based on my experience seller is not genuine

    It's a good read if you're ready to change...

    There is a lot of scientific data and psychology included, which is very helpful in understanding the 'why' behind what has been learned and why we default to the programs of our caregivers (I don't say parents because not everyone had them...). However, I follow a different way of approaching life, therefore the meditations suggested and the methodology used is not a good fit for me, personally.

    Neuroscience to teach you to change

    If you want to change the way you show up in the world, Dr. Joe Dispenza gives you the neuroscience behind actionable steps to change. I found it interesting and compelling. I recommend this book very strongly. You might want to sample some of his lectures on YouTube. This is one of the most impactful books I have ever read!

    Great book about the nuts and bolts of us as humans. How our brains work and gets to the core of how we think and interact with life. There is nothing out there that gets this in depth about how to change the things that affect us from the past as it affects us in everything we do say, judge, choose, react and peruse the things we want in life for us. It shows you how to create new possibilities in your life without allowing the past to be a stumbling block.
