I received a very nice locomotive in need of TLC as was completely disclosed in the listing and reflected in the price. It was a runner out of the box. It will be a usable runner on the layout. Another problem free transaction from a reliable A++++ seller. Brain gets packages from Ohio to Reno, NV in three days. They are mailed on Monday and delivered on Wednesday. I will be back for more.
