Beautiful clock arrived very well protected in shipping. It had a few internal clock parts that were tie wrapped to keep from shifting during shipping, that he messaged me about as well as put instructions in the shipping box.
We didn't realize there was an internal silencer mechanism in place, keeping it from chiming, and reached out to the seller. The seller was very responsive and helped us figure out what to do to get everything working. Everything works perfectly. Excellent seller!
