I purchased the phone and waited with baited breath as it was a used phone and I wasn't sure what to expect. I needn't have worried as it arrived 2 days later and if it wasn't for the broken seal you would not think that this was a "used: phone. All the accessories hadn't been opened and the phone was wrapped in it's original packaging. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend seller A+++
