Takes some getting used to, but they fit well in my ears. Pretty convenient to wear around and still hear what's going on around me. My pair was missing 2 of the pieces that help fit them to your ear size, and it was the size that best fit me ,so I have to wear them mismatched(still fit pretty well though). The battery life is alright at about 5hours on a full charge and the case can charge them 2-3 times before you have to charge it too.(The case is also very small, which makes it very easy to carry around, but also easy to lose if you set it down somewhere) Lastly I can't speak to their longevity yet, but they do at least have a 2 year warranty.

I love these buds. I always have trouble with earbuds because my ear canals are very narrow, so even the smallest size ones don't fit well and tend to pop out. Also, they are uncomfortable. So when I saw this design I didn't really understand them until I saw how they fit in the ear and that the driver was open. I had been wanting to buy them for a while, but I wasn't going to pay full price, so I found them on sale at Amazon and ordered them, then the next day cheaper at Target and ordered them again, finally I saw these refurbished ones on ebay and did a third and final purchase. The other 2 I returned and I have been using these for a couple of weeks now. I am very satisfied with the design, they fit comfortably and the tap on the side of the ear feature is pretty cool. The only issue I have with them is that since they are refurbished, they have the name "Matthew's Linkbuds" on the phone app. I haven't really looked into changing this so it's a minor inconvenience.Read full review

I think the sound quality of these buds is really good. I love being able to hear what is going on around me too. On top of all that I specifically bought these to work out with, running, boxing, and weightlifting. They work great for all of those. Sweat proof! The only problem I've run into is my left ear doesn't like the round bit right now. Didn't bother me for the first week. But after wearing them exclusively for days and days of shopping and sweating, the left inner ear has gotten a bit sensitive. That didn't happen with my AirPods. For the refurb price I would still buy these. Great battery life and a small case. Really good sound and super sweat proof. I just have to lay off of them a bit now to let the ear heal.

I find a lot of reviews complain about the sound quality, but they never seem to realize WHY these are the way they are. These earbuds are meant to allow sound in while still being able to listen to your music. They are not noise cancelling, they are not ear plug style, they let in all the noise around you. That is exactly what they are designed for. They are akin to open-back headphones. Sony has thought outside the box with these so you don't have to go "mono" by using a single earbud to be able to listen to the world around you. This means if you're in a place where you must speak/be spoken to, you will be able to hear much more clearly than with normal ear plug style earbuds. A lot of reviews (especially Youtube) will have you believe that these are absolutely terrible sound quality and they aren't worth listening to. What they (again) fail to realize is that these aren't meant to give you that head-pounding bass and ear-splitting top end. Most of the sound will come from the middle of the curve (a sound curve, like when you set your equalizer). That being said, I do hear bass and I do hear the top end, but since your ear isn't plugged, you don't get the full effect of it, but it IS there. Sound will get drowned out if you're in a noisy area, this is to be expected, but you're buying these to be able to hear what's around you anyway, the music is just a bonus. Touch controls are easy to learn and easy to change. My right bud is pause/skip forward while my left bud is volume control. The Far Field controls are also nice because you don't have to touch directly on the earbuds to change settings, just the area in front of your ear. Sounds quality is fine, it's not $3000 fine, but it sounds just fine. When I'm working early morning, I forget they're letting sound in when there is no one around, but someone calls my name and I can hear it clearly. Don't go into this expecting studio sound quality, that's not their intent.Read full review

I like it. I need an earphone that can be used during boring work and as well not to block the environmental sounds. Also, importantly, I used to wear airpods pro which blocks my ear and makes the inside wet. I didn;t feel well in this case. But linkbuds solved this issue, open to the outside, dry inside my ears. But, still has problems. One example is my left bud can not work alone but the right one can. I don;t know whether it is a common issue or refurnished issue.
