    Great eBay seller. Lens exactly as described 'mint', it looks brand new straight out of the box and is fully functional, shipped by seller same day plus the sellers price was very fair. Would buy from again. eBay International shipping on the other hand was awful, no update on tracking for 7 days and when I contacted DHL they told me it had nothing to do with them and to contact the merchant. Trying to pass the blame onto the seller was just plain unhanded.

    This was a $1000 dollar item and it was very carelessly packaged. One of the adjustment knobs was severely bent enough to make it unusable. The listing description also said it came with a case and it did not. The seller refunded the amount to buy a new knob but offered no rectification for the case it clearly described was included with the sale. Just a mediocre seller. Not a lot of pride here.

    Good value for the money

    My printer did not work out of the box I had to call tech support and once they logged on to the printer they were able to get it to work Now having said that I must say tech support was exceptional ! The printer has stopped working twice since and all I had to do was power cycle the printer to get it working again So overall the print quality is good enough, it's small and compact, tech support is awesome, and with the 4 months free ink it is a great value for the money

    A cheap printer. Look for another. Extremely slow between print command and printing. My 6 year old HP was easier to set up and it was wireless too.

    You would think after all this time we have had wireless printers that HP would make it easier. Good grief I am replacing an HP from 2015. Still took over 2 hours and never could get my old McBook to work. I expected an improved technology but it is still the same old awkward programming. Buy a better quality unit even if just for home use like mine. Delivery was on last day of promised window of time.

    Love the ENVY 6055

    I was a little intimidated to set up my own wireless printer, but after downloading the HP app this was so easy to do. Love the two sided feature and everything about this copier/printer. I had a much older version that was not wireless and literally wore it out. I look forward to many years of use with this one.
